At VIAMS, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our Ayurveda products and your satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the terms below for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
- We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life (unless defective)
2. Return Request Window
You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product by contacting us via email or our contact form.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:
- Order number
- Name and contact details
- Photo(s) of the damaged/incorrect product
- Brief description of the issue
Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping or arrange pickup, depending on your location.
4. Replacements
Where applicable, we will offer a replacement for defective or incorrect products at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
- If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then contact us if needed.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return under this policy if there is an issue with the product.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to an error on our part (defective/damaged/wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon.
