1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volumes or unexpected delays, shipping may be slightly extended. We will notify you via email or phone if any significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable logistics and courier partners such as India Post, Delhivery, and other trusted services to ensure your package is delivered securely and promptly.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.
  • We may offer free shipping on certain promotions or minimum order values. Details will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2/3 Cities & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas or during peak seasons may take slightly longer

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking details. You can track the status of your shipment via the courier’s tracking portal.

7. Undeliverable Packages

In cases where the delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to us. We will contact you for updated instructions. Re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [email protected] or via our contact page. We will investigate the issue and assist with a replacement or refund as applicable.
